Exmoor Glass takes the security and privacy of its systems and its customers data very seriously. we constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Returns Policy We will gladly refund or exchange an item that you are not happy with.
If you feel that an item is defective please let us know within 10 working days of your receipt of the item from us and make arrangements to return it to us. If an item is defective in any way we will pay return postage on it.
If you need to return an item to us for any reason please securely wrap it up, including a copy of your original receipt. Then, send it to our address in the Contact Us section of this site.
We do not take responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit and would advise you send items ‘insured registered delivery’ and keep the receipt.
Every care has been taken to portray and describe items accurately using current web technology, however slight variations may occur – as with all hand made items.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason. In these cases the 7 working days starts from the day after the day that you receive the goods. to cancel your order in this way please email us at email@example.com or telephone us on 01643 863141 Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm GMT and let us know.
The law requires that the customer is to provide written notice of cancellation within the 7 working days. Goods do not have to be returned within this period for the customer to secure a refund.
